Annual listing packages may start from INR 5,000, depending on the package selected and applicable commercial terms.

A hospital listing is generally provided for the subscription period specified in the applicable package.

The applicable package, pricing, features and duration may be changed by Hospitals4You.com from time to time.

The features included in a particular listing package shall be those communicated to the hospital at the time of purchase or subscription.

10. PAYMENT

Where applicable, hospitals may be required to pay the applicable listing fee before their listing is activated or published.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

Hospitals are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Hospitals4You.com does not store complete payment-card information unless specifically permitted and required for the relevant payment process.

11. RENEWAL AND EXPIRY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, hospital listings are provided for the specified subscription period.

Upon expiry, Hospitals4You.com may:

• Deactivate the listing;
• Suspend visibility of the listing;
• Remove the listing;
• Offer renewal of the listing.

Renewal, if available, may require payment of the applicable renewal fee.

12. REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, listing fees paid for activation or publication of a hospital listing are non-refundable once the listing service has been activated or the listing has been published.

Where a refund is required by applicable law, such legal requirements shall prevail.

13. LISTING MODIFICATION

Hospitals or authorized representatives may request corrections or updates to their listing information.

Hospitals4You.com may review such requests before making changes.

Hospitals4You.com reserves the right to modify formatting, presentation, categorization, spelling, layout or other aspects of a listing to maintain the functionality and consistency of the Website.

Such modifications do not transfer responsibility for the underlying information from the hospital to Hospitals4You.com.
